This Slide-Valve is available with all Diameters from 1½ - 2½ inch (Ø 38 -60,3 mm)

"SASV" stands for "selfactivating slide-valve". The SASV doesn't need any external power to work. After unblocking the magnetic Valve the Valve SASV switches automatically because of the negative pressure in the Conveying-Line.

Closed Slide Valve

The Slide valve is closed when no vacuum is in the Conveying Line. The valve stays closed even when there is vacuum at the Sender Side.

Activating the Slide Valve

When vacuum comes up from the Receiver Side and the Magnetic-Valve is open (activated) the Cylinder is under vacuum.

Open Slide Valve

As soon as the vacuum rises up to -0,05 bar (-0.725 psi) the slide gate is lift up by the vacuum in the cylinder. When the vacuum lowers under – 0.03 bar (-0.435 psi) the slide falls down.
